Let’s Talk About You

To be successful in this role you will possess:
 

  • Strong knowledge of business and enterprise telco, including NBN access, CPE, Fibre, VoIP, and Data Centre cross-connects
  • Experience implementing SD-WAN, MPLS, and Layer 2 networks
  • Hands-on experience and certifications in Cisco/Fortinet (e.g., CCNA, NSE4/5)
  • Experience with Hosted Phone Systems, Cloud Connect, and Managed Routers
  • Passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Proven coaching and mentoring experience with technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
