As a Senior Content Advisor in the Business Content team, you will be responsible for creating, delivering and implementing communications strategies and effective content in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
You will contribute to:
- An exceptional customer experience through clear and concise content,
- Increasing the profile of Service NSW for Business and
- Driving uptake for our service offering.
- Developing content for business customers, including web copy, EDMs, social media content, marketing collateral and media activity.
- Developing content to support frontline teams, including key messaging, customer email templates and call scripts.
- Developing innovative business communication strategies and initiatives to support businesses across NSW.
- Identifying key concerns, issues and solutions to contribute to and enhance business content delivery to create a positive customer experience
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Ability to translate complex information into customer-centric content across multiple communications channels.
- The desire to take up leadership opportunities as they arise.
- Confidence to lead and provide considered advice on communications strategies and activities in large forums
