EY is looking for Senior Consultant, Resource Management
Key Responsibilities
- Allocating the right people, to the right role, at the right time
- Supporting project demand prioritisation and supply augmentation
- Determining and providing advise to Engagement Managers / Partners in regard to workforce planning and skills, capability and trends to meet business needs
- Be able to work in a dynamic, highly virtual environment
- The Resource Manager uses their knowledge and relationships to ensure we maximise productivity and develop our talent through their on the job experiences
Skills And Attributes For Success
- 3-4 years; experience with workplace relations activities, talent development, resource management and/or supply & demand management within professional services or B2B environments
- Ability to understand the business and learn the unique skills, needs, desires and goals of our people
- Ability to find the right opportunities and connections to create diverse, inclusive and high-performing teams.
- Able to optimize business performance by advocating solutions, providing insights and managing expectations in pursuit of increasing utilization and employee engagement.
- Exceptional client service with a strong desire to build exceptional, high-performing teams
- Demonstrating personal leadership and having presence, vitality and agility
To qualify for the role you must have
- Stakeholder & relationship Management – Responsible for managing key relationships within and across their account, sector or domain talent pool. Advising business about best resourcing practices, considering equal employment opportunity and ensuring compliance related to work visa requirements.
- Opportunity & Demand management – Ensuring seamless connectivity between pursuit teams and our available talent
- Talent pool management – Actively managing our available talent, evaluating their capability and proactively identifying opportunities or connection to support their deployment and meet business needs
- Resource optimisation – Highlighting capability across their group and the wider business to optimization performance as well as overseeing metrics and financial information such as forecast, utilisation and revenue
- Experience management – Promoting identification and delivery of career experiences as part of every engagement, including addressing personnel and workplace relation matters to improve individual and team performance
