We currently have an opportunity in the People Operational Excellence function for a newly created role Senior Consultant, Project Delivery. This role will lead multiple key initiatives on behalf of People Operational Excellence, with a focus on implementation and optimisation of Recruitment Technology, focus on improving the candidate and hiring manager experience and uplifting key operational foundations, mindsets and behaviours.

What you will bring

• 7+ years of project management and/or as a business analyst
• Six Sigma and Lean Business Improvement Practices in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition related projects
• Experience in portfolio management, investment planning and business case development
• Proven ability to work autonomously, juggling multiple projects and delivering to deadline
• Continuous improvement and growth mindset with a passion for delivering engaging experiences through change initiatives.
• Experience in Human Centred Design thinking when designing and delivering process improvements

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of a project including, planning, project cost, scope definition, stakeholder engagement, risk and issues, project reporting, team/resource management, and project close out.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure expectations are met and managed.
• Creating compelling data driven business cases for investment and/or change.
• Develop change and operational readiness plans to support embedding changes into the business.
