Senior Client Relationship Manager

If you are a Senior Client Relationship Manager or a Client Relationship Manager looking to take a step up, this could be the role for you. Managing three key client relationships, you will develop a deep understanding of each client and its industry, develop and implement client strategies and engagement plans, and coach partners and lawyers in best practice client relationship management.

You will bring your strategic thinking and passion for collaboration to the fore to drive efficient and connected client teams to strengthen and deepen relationships, enhance the client experience, and grow work.

This role is truly client facing and one where you will build your own strong relationships across each client’s organisation. You will also be part of an incredibly high performing business development and marketing team.

Ideal candidate

• Dedicated client relationship management experience (minimum 3 years)

• Experience in a professional services environment such as law, accounting, engineering (preferred)

• Strong stakeholder engagement experience and the ability to navigate complexities

• Very comfortable being client facing

• Keen to work in a top quality business development and marketing team
