What The Day Will Look Like
 

  • Handling a range of account management, servicing, sales and administration responsibilities
  • The first point of resolution for customer queries regarding their insurance needs.
  • First point of resolution for team members, client escalations and complaints
  • Investigating and resolving complex queries over the phone and/or via email correspondence.
  • Working towards achieving both your KPI’s and driving your team’s revenue, acquisition, and retention targets.
  • Identifying new business and up-selling opportunities as you interact with our clients.
  • Multi-tasking whilst navigating a range of technologies.
  • Partner with stakeholders and colleagues across the business to exceed client expectations.
  • Work within company policy, adhered to our call handling guidelines, compliance, laws and regulations.
  • Coordinating and facilitating product training for team and internal stakeholders
  • Assist and support Senior management in upholding high team engagement

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
 

  • 2 -3 years experience across the insurance or broking industry
  • Sound understanding of General Insurance across multiple lines, ideally in Commercial Lines
  • Tier 1 Compliance qualified
  • Highly organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Interested in dealing with clients and customers and offering outstanding service
  • Managing your workflow and proven success with prioritising work
  • A team player who enjoys contributing ideas in a great team environment
  • An all-rounder who thrives in a highly professional and fast paced position
  • Motivated to grow, learn, and become an integral part of this team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
