Senior Client Executive

Reporting to the Team Leader Select and Professional Associations, working closely with the Head of Partnering and Business Development and a highly successful and collaborative team, the purpose of this role is to build long lasting relationships across key channel and sponsorship partner accounts the role with focus on retaining clients across this portfolio.

• Service focused professional with strong leadership capabilities, fostering relationships with Agency’s strategic channel and sponsorship partners.
• Develop strong client relationships with existing clients/channel partners and sponsorship partners
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders including OMP, Business Development and Retention teams.
• Establish and maintain a relevant network of business contacts, including insurers
• Contribute to client revenue budgets to achieve/exceed agreed targets
• Responsible for internal and external client reviews
• Gather client information to support renewal business documentation and negotiate insurer terms.
• Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding promptly to client enquiries
• Keep informed of industry trends by attending internal or external meetings, events
• Relevant decision making required to fulfil client needs within Gallagher standards/policies and relevant Legislation
• Apply best business practice ethically, professionally and with integrity in all circumstances so that Gallagher’s reputation and brand is upheld
   

Key to this role is strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, and the commitment to deliver a positive experience for all clients. Ideally, you will possess experience in a similar role within the Insurance plus you possess the following abilities:

• Dip of Fin Services or other relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
• Essential Tier 1 Insurance broking qualifications
