Senior Client Executive

Description:

Our Senior Client Executives service a range of Allied Health clients, handling complex client queries, negotiating with Insurers, educating clients on risk and insurance products, closing opportunities and follow up a pipeline of potential clients regarding their interest in Aon’s services and solutions.

This role requires insurance experience; ideally 2 to 3 years minimum experience in insurance broking. We are looking for someone for our Allied Health Portfolio due to business growth.

What The Day Will Look Like
 

• Running a client portfolio, handling all ongoing client’s insurance / risk needs
• Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of service delivery, account management and account retention
• Running an ongoing sales pipeline through inbound, warm and proactive leads
• Negotiating with Insurers and clients on risks
• Assist with complex client queries / complaint issues
• Understanding client financials and providing appropriate support regarding debt management, payment enquiries and settlements
• Working to achieve individual and team financial targets
