What The Day Will Look Like

Key responsibilities will include:
 

• Managing claims across a range of risk classes, such as Property, Public Liability or Professional Indemnity - you need to have good experience in at least one of these risk classes
• Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure open communication
• Maintaining and building relationships with insurers and the global Aon network
• Reserving and investigating initial claims
• Timely lodgment of claims
• Providing advice to clients with respect to claim mitigation and claim management
• Providing effective presentations to both internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the claim lifecycle from notification through to closure
• Developing strong client relationships to help facilitate successful outcomes for clients
• Developing strong internal and external stakeholder relationships including service providers, brokers and underwriters
