Senior Change Manager

 

Description:

As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of a number of initiatives within the Tax Portfolio. You will join a highly visible program established to transform the operations of the Tax Reporting team. The program is focused on strengthening our foundations to deliver better outcomes by looking at a range of fit for purpose solutions.

You will support ongoing remediation initiatives, which cover process transformation, the introduction of new technology and projects which will impact and be impacted by the Target Operating Model.

Working as a core member of the Tax Transformation Program, the Senior Change Manager will work closely with the Portfolio Director and Project Managers and will be responsible for:

  • Building awareness and knowledge of the organisational changes brought about the program including managing and execution of all initiative related communication and training materials.
  • Liaising across business units to analyse and develop change impact assessments that will be used to identify the appropriate change interventions required to support the transition.
  • Ensuring there is good understanding of the changes and acceptance by staff during implementation phase.
  • Embedding the changes brought about by the program and aligning initiatives with other changes taking place within the Tax team.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the design and implementation of change whilst working with a broad range of stakeholders. You will be expected to plan for change and apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the Transformation Program initiatives, as well as establish the broader global change framework for the program.

This is a great opportunity for you to not only support the teams with your change management skills but to also provide mentoring to project team members and supporting the rollout of the change management framework within the Financial Management Group.
