Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated and experienced Senior Change and Communications Officer. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the implementation of a significant reporting product, which is crucial for government operations and the assessment of migrant skills.

Key Duties And Responsibilities
 

  • Assessing functional and technical scope requirements for the project.
  • Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
  • Developing processes, products, and tools to ensure the required changes can be effectively implemented.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders to ensure the change requirements and tools are understood and implemented.
     

Essential Criteria
 

  • Proven experience as a change manager in ICT-based projects.
  • Demonstrated ability and application of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to plan and implement scalable, robust, and secure solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively within an agile team environment.
  • Experience in developing processes, products, and tools to facilitate required changes.
