Senior Business Partner

Description:

The position Management Systems Senior Business Partner is accountable for leading the review, establishment, implementation and evaluation of policy and process systems to support all employees to be healthy and safe at work and recover from injury or illness as quickly as possible.

With an emphasis and focus on proactive and continuous improvement of management systems designed to improve safety outcomes, mitigate risk and reduce the incidence of injury and illness. The role ensures business leaders are supported with timely information and advice to efficiently manage HSW and deliver outcomes in line with Chisholm’s strategy.

This Position Is Primarily Responsible For
 

• The development and implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management systems, and initiatives to continuously improve the health, safety and psychological outcomes for all Chisholm employees and students
• Providing expert health and safety advice and support Chisholm managers, including incident investigations, root cause analysis and follow-up support
• HSW audits, reporting and trend analysis to monitor and measure performance for improvement opportunities
• The development and implementation of systems and initiatives to continuously improve HSW outcomes and create a culture that promotes accountability and values the wellbeing of our people
