Description:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to work with one of our largest client in Australia that specialises in SAAS solutions.
In order to be successful in this role, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum five (5) years' experience in a B2B business development role.
- B2B software sales experience, with experience in selling risk and compliance software.
- A proven record of achievement in Enterprise Business software sales and new business development with 6-12-month sales cycles.
- Experience in selling SaaS solutions.
- Experience and success in managing high-value and complex relationships with senior management in large corporations.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, consultation, facilitation, cross-cultural communication, and customer service skills.
- Proven ability to engage, develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from diverse cultures.
- Above all the successful candidates will be self-motivated, with the ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a broader team; utilising sales acumen and flair for high-value sales to generate and close new sales opportunities.
