A leading Australian health fund is currently hiring a Senior Business Development Manager for their growing business development team in Sydney. The Senior Business Development manager will be responsible for new business development and managing stakeholder relationships.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in business development and a proven track record selling OVC and OSHC.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for leading the business development team in the execution of new business development, revenue and external relationship management strategies.
• Collaborate and lead the development and implementation of the International strategic sales strategies and development of processes and capabilities that lead to improved business capability for Health Insurance.
• Drive & build international partnership acquisition pipeline, aligned to market & customer strategy.
• Provide market business intelligence and identify strategic opportunities for International partnerships.

Experience

• Tertiary qualifications, or equivalent market experience.
• Established senior connections within the education and international market.
• 10+ years of sales experience exceeding sales targets selling OVC and OSHC, or similar business to business sales experience.
• Experience leading tender responses and large scale, complex sales propositions to C-suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience executing new business partnerships and external relationship management.
