Senior Business Development Executive

We have 2 newly created roles available, 1 based in Sydney and 1 based in Brisbane.
The right candidate will have an agile mindset, and a strong initiative. You will enthusiastically engage with other SYSPRO team members, business partners and customers. Currently you will work remotely, but when possible, you will be expected to visit prospect customer and prospect partner sites. Your ERP Sales expertise will help our prospects become customers through the following activities:

• Participate actively in marketing and lead generation programs for SYSPRO across your region
• Achieve/exceed annual sales targets, direct and channel
• Identify value drivers with clients and match client needs
• Collaborate with Management, Marketing, Solutions and Services
• Together with the GM Sales Australasia develop and implement tailored business strategies to suit sales segments
• Accurately report and forecast sales activity and opportunities
• Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions
• Follow and maintain SYSPRO core values within the team and externally

Qualifications & Experience required:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in in ERP solutions sales
• Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience in complex systems solutions
• Knowledge of the software sales lifecycle (SDLC)
• Strong ability to identify key priorities, develop timelines and deliver key initiatives on time and within budget
• Intermediate level (as a minimum) experience with Microsoft Word, Power Point, Project and Excel
