Your new role
This company are looking for an experienced Business Banker to join their team of dedicated banking professionals in Adelaide to manage a complex and diverse portfolio of larger SME customers. This opportunity will see you focusing on the management of an existing portfolio (with a strong focus on property investment and development) whilst growing strong referral sources, community links and new business partnerships as part of a team approach.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for the role:
 

• You will need to have previous experience managing new opportunities with the goal of building relationships that endure

• You will have to be passionate about helping your customers understand the risk and profitability of their business to safely and effectively achieve their desired outcomes
• You will need to deeply understand your customer's current and future needs and collaborate across a broad network to ensure a tempered approach to delivering the right outcomes and balancing risk
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Strong commercial acumen and financial skills
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• You will need have proved to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling the company values and behaviours
• Previous experience in supporting and advocating for strategic & business initiatives
