Senior Business Analyst

Description:

One of our Healthcare sector clients is looking for a Senior Business Analyst who is an Australian Citizen and has experience working to independently drive and deliver new product design in line with the vision and strategic direction of the client.

The Senior Business Analyst will be developing and documenting requirements from key stakeholders, in conjunction with the Branch Manager, Program Director, and Program Manager. This program is aimed at ensuring older Australians receive a better connected aged and health care enabled system which is supported by a digitally enabled and proficient aged and health care sector.

Your responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

• Experience across Agency divisions and external stakeholders to elicit, identify, interpret, and document business requirements.
• Analyse and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Gather requirements using a range of methods such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task, workflow, and clinical care pathway analysis, and user journeys.
• Manage, document, and liaise with the Program delivery team on requirement changes.
• Work closely with the design team to co-create UX/UI design and solution prototypes.
• Participate as a proactive team member to own and deliver agreed activities throughout the product lifecycle.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need

• Have previous Experience in Healthcare and application projects.
• Develop and implement work plans that provide strategic directions for the work area.
• Have about 8 + years of Business Analyst experience.
• Have worked on full life cycle projects.
• Experience in the development and deployment of large-scale and/or high-availability solutions, and ideally previous experience in the development of the healthcare sector.
