  • Facilitate collection and validation of business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups through discovery workshops, user and stakeholder interviews
  • Identify and document standardisation opportunities across multiple business processes.
  • Document business requirements using Agile methodologies.
  • Develop Level 1, 2, 3 and beyond, business processes.
  • Support the Change Manager in identifying change impacts to stakeholders of redesigned business processes.
  • Support the development of test cases to align to the requirements, and support testing stages.
  • Participate in internal and external working groups.
  • Articulate business needs and outcomes to technology teams.
  • Develop Epic and Feature level backlog items based on the business needs and aligning with business architecture.
  • Create high-quality documents as required.
  • Assess business functions and propose new, innovative ways of working.
  • Support the Product Manager in identifying high priority features for delivery

  • Strategic thinker who is able to recognise and facilitate connections across business processes and existing silos.
  • Strong ability to actively engage with stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and agreed, and that stakeholders are fully informed and engaged.
  • Demonstrated experience revising and redefining end-to-end business process and improving efficiency within Federal Government, with possible impacts to policy, regulation, and industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with process mapping / process design, journey mapping, user stories and other business analyst activities in a business transformation context.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and cultivate productive working relationships.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with technical SMEs to define needs based on an understanding of business needs and technical constraints.
  • Ability to understand how to translate proposed technologies into business language.
  • Ability to assess business functions and propose new, innovative ways of working.
  • Strong Facilitation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work across multiple workstreams.
  • A strong understanding or experience working with SAFe or Agile processes.
