About You
- Experience working with stakeholders to design 'as is' and 'to be' frameworks, processes and procedures - with a focus on innovative ways of working, reducing unnecessary steps or redundant practices
- Extensive experience influencing and negotiating with stakeholders to co-design new business practices with a focus on human centred design - putting the customer at the centre of everything we do
- The ability to analyse and translate business data to meaningful insights to support informed decision making to improve the effectiveness of processes and programs
- Experience partnering with a diverse range of project teams to ensure requirements and standards are met and best practice techniques are used
- Able to ensure new processes are meet quality standards and are tested, accepted, embedded by the business and key stakeholders
- Be comfortable and confident working in a high volume and complex environment, subject to frequent changes in priorities and helping to define often ambiguous requirements, negotiate and drive outcomes
