Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for three main projects:
Subcontractor Review:
- Implement tactical and strategic solutions to reduce/eliminate payment leave.
- Minimize manual intervention in logistics processes.
- Immediate focus on delivering a tactical solution and long-term strategy for enhanced efficiency.
Digital Solution for Employees:
- Explore and identify an effective employee engagement platform.
- Foster a digital ecosystem that enhances communication and collaboration among our workforce.
Workforce Planning:
- Contribute to scoping activities for a workforce planning project.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, and estimation tasks.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- MUST HAVE: 5 years’ experience as a Senior BA in a commercial environment.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team, demonstrating high personal initiative.
- Experience working in both waterfall and Agile environments.
- A blend of technical and functional expertise with a strong background in business process modelling (As Is and To Be), use case analysis, and system architecture.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to write comprehensive business, functional, and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Passionate problem solver with a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Previous experience in Logistics highly regarded.
