Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing & executing marketing strategies and plans for key brands within Teva’s portfolio in Australia and New Zealand. Working collaboratively with internal teams, play a key role in shaping the direction of our product portfolio and drive successful product launches.
How you’ll spend your day
- Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand performance and market share.
- Lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-person events.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical, regulatory, and finance to align on brand objectives and strategies.
- Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- Oversee new product launches, including go-to-market planning, promotional activities, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, KOLs, and external partners.
- Monitor and analyse brand performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in brand management or marketing, with a track record of product launch success in the pharmaceutical, life science or healthcare industry in Australia
- Proven experience in leading brand strategy and managing large-scale marketing campaigns
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret technical, clinical & marketing data relating to product or industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build professional and strategic relationships
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in neurology and psychiatry and with digital marketing is desirable
