Are you an experienced Real Estate Lawyer with a keen interest in energy transition? Join our highly awarded team and be supported to build your expertise in an area of key strategic focus for Clayton Utz and the Australian economy.

Working closely with Partner Carrie Rogers and leaning on your broad property experience, you will focus on large scale transmission line projects for energy sector entities. On these matters you will collaborate with Planning Partner Brendan Bateman and Major Projects Partner Stu Cosgriff to provide a full-service offering to our clients.

Beyond energy work, you will play a lead role in a range of matters ranging from acquisitions and disposals, to property development work, to large property and infrastructure project work.

What you'll do:
 

• Dive into complex property transactions across various clients and industries.
• Build upon or develop an expertise in energy transition matters.
• Lead teams and supervise junior Senior Associates and Lawyers.
• Engage directly with clients and foster quality relationships.
   

What you'll bring:
 

• Quality experience as a Senior Associate from a reputable real estate practice.
• Experience with (or a keen interest in) energy transition work.
• An ability to thrive in an independent yet collaborative environment, demonstrating initiative and a strong work ethic.
