Description:

As a Relationship FX Dealer you will provide exceptional phone and email-based portfolio management and execution support services to Wholesale customers that may predominantly transact online or have simpler FX needs . You will be primarily focused on providing support services for executing deals to customers within a specific portfolio and region, as well as assisting with administrative tasks related to their dealing requirements as needed. You will offer advice and guidance to customers regarding foreign exchange (FX) transactions and how to manage FX related risks. In addition to this, you’ll educate customers in the wholesale sector about the various FX solutions available. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio of customers you're servicing and supporting the broader Relationship FX team in achieving their growth targets.

You will also:
 

• Employ a sound understanding of FX execution principles, deal requirements and products to exceed service expectation of customers and internal stakeholders, including customer Relationship Managers
• Support the business’ goal of improving customer satisfaction with the Group’s FX pricing, Risk Management, and research, and improving the Group’s share of primary FX customer relationships (as measured by East & Partners)
• Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders including other FX Direct dealers, Advisory FX dealers and the Digital FX & Service team to promote a “customer first” and enterprise-led view of activity and behaviour
• Comply with the letter and spirit of all Group and Westpac policies, Dealing Room policies and the Business and Consumer FM handbook
