Description:

You will join the Global Transaction Services (GTS) Implementation Team responsible for executing client implementations for transaction banking products for new and existing high value corporate and institutional customers.

The Implementation Manager role is a client-facing role responsible for the management of change in legal ownership activities as a result of a merger, acquisition or corporate restructuring for existing high value corporate and institutional customers. This role will also include new or amended banking infrastructure to support changes in government agencies as a result of new ministerial priorities.

As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the coordination and facilitation of stakeholders to ensure the changes made to customer’s liquidity, payable and receivable solutions are seamless.

You will also:

  • Help establish an internal project team to drive the implementation project for transactional banking clients
  • Work closely with operational business analysts to ensure accurate and timely processing of requests
  • Manage client and internal stakeholder relationships and expectations
  • Advise Clients and Senior Leaders on transactional banking products, projects and implementations and become the subject matter expert within this field.
  • Partnering with an Implementation Technical Lead or Qvalent Business Analyst to ensure a seamless customer experience in capturing technical requirements
