The Senior Architect/Project Leader position is a leadership role within the business, primarily responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of all allocated projects, tasks, and jobs as well as representing the business with external stakeholders.

The Senior Architect/Project Leader is required to manage project requirements across all sectors ensuring seamless delivery between the architecture and interior design disciplines, and facilitating project success by possessing a holistic view across the project.
The Senior Architect/Project Leader role is also responsible for leading project teams, including; promoting a productive and engaged team and office culture, role modelling’s values and coaching, developing and enabling team members to thrive and achieve their best potential within

Leading Commercial, Education, Industrial and Residential projects, teams will be working across a variety of sectors.
This Senior Architect will be client facing, able to communicate effectively across all stages of projects to stakeholders, managing external consultants and contractor relations.
With ideally 10 years post Graduation experience in Australia, Architects who have overseen medium scale, and a variety of typologies from design to completion, whilst running teams.
A sound knowledge of Construction methodology and contracts is required; as is Revit, Sketch Up, InDesign, Photoshop, Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Acrobat.
