What You'll Do
- Lead: Guide 2 squads of engineers across advanced concepts in AEM
- Innovate: Deliver product experiences that shape the future of marketplace shopping.
- Engineer: Utilise your AEM expertise to experiment and prototype features rapidly, delivering constant customer value.
- Collaborate: Partner with engineering teams to design, deliver, and maintain efficient, robust, and resilient systems.
- Empower: Mentor and coach and collaborate with like-minded individuals, taking ownership of your role and the solutions created.
What You'll Bring
- Proven leadership in mentoring and leading squads, making technical decisions, and seeing them through to implementation.
- High expertise in AEM, including AEM as a cloud service, OSGI services, Dispatcher, Caching concepts, Editable templates, and components.
- Experience with React/Next SPA projects on AEM.
- Strong background in secure coding practices, microservices architecture, CI/CD concepts (AEM cloud manager), and troubleshooting AEM.
- Knowledge of code testability, pipeline building, and DevOps practices (CI/CD systems, infrastructure as code, etc.).
- Understanding of AEM architectural concepts like Sling Resolution/Sling Resource Merger, Headless, Workflows, Log rotation, OSGI service binding, AEM CS architecture (nice to have), and Pub/Sub event model.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
