Senior Accountant

 

Description:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager with strong accounting knowledge who can assist the CFO with company accounting tasks and support the wider business across a broad range of activities. Reporting into the CFO, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
 

  • Financial reporting and General Ledger Management.
  • Lead the preparation and consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
  • Oversee the maintenance and reconciliation of General Ledgers (GLs), taking the initiative to integrate and streamline accounts.
  • Drive the annual budgeting process and continuous forecasting activities.
  • Cash flow and foreign currency management
  • Manage cash flow planning and ensure adequate liquidity for operations.
  • Handle transactions involving imports from Europe and the US, managing foreign currency exchange effectively.
  • Optimize the company’s capital structure and working capital.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
  • Stakeholder engagement and operational collaboration.
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to support business initiatives.
  • Serve as a financial liaison, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Utilize the ERP system to streamline financial processes and reporting.
  • Month-End close and consolidations.
  • Run the month-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Manage consolidations of financial statements for comprehensive reporting.
