An exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing independent creative agency in Sydney.

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and passionate; with experience in content creation, video production, and/or B2B marketing campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is keen to lead their accounts and progress in their role by providing next level client service and project management.

We specialise in purpose led content creation across a variety of B2B and B2C clients working directly with leaders in the business. Our days are consistently diverse & our challenges are always interesting. We work 80% from home with 1 day a week in-office. As a small but mighty content agency, we recently picked up ‘Winner - best use of video’ and ‘Winner - best use of LInkedIn content’ at the Global Content Marketing Awards plus B&T Finalist for best content marketing strategy and best use of sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong, trusted and respectful relationship with your clients and your team
  • Lead day-to-day client liaison & internal comms across your key accounts
  • Acting as a partner to the client – understanding their internal processes, brand objectives, ‘pain points’
  • Lead Account Service and Project Management tasks across your key clients - including briefings, scoping, presentations, WIPs, finance, delivering all projects on time and within budget
  • Contribute to strategic briefing, development, discussion and creativity
  • Support and closely collaborate with senior agency representatives, including Company Directors and Group Account Director

Required Skills

  • 5+ years' experience within an agency environment
  • Proven experience leading campaign development, production and media
  • Experience in content creation, video production, and/or integrated campaign production
  • Self-starter / action oriented - has the ability proactively take action
  • A strong collaborator and problem solver
  • High attention to detail with excellent proof-reading skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation of tasks
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • A good financial understanding for scoping jobs & managing job health
  • Ability to build strong relationships
