Securitisation Portfolio Manager

Your field of responsibility

Asset finance is Credit Suisse’s securitization business, one of the fastest growing segments of CS Australia

  • You will be an integral part of the team, handling our existing client base and portfolio
  • You will be client facing, interacting directly on facility processes and reporting, as well as assessing and executing amendment and extension requests
  • You will develop a keen understanding of our client’s businesses and needs
  • Sector focus is on start-up and fast growing fintechs and non-bank financials
  • You will also be involved in new deal execution, both for securitization facilities and ABS bond deals into the debt capital markets
  • You will work with internal partners such as credit and legal to seek required approvals and oversee execution

Your skills and experience

 

 

To excel in this role, you should possess:

 

 

  • You will have a strong academic background
  • Proven experience in some or all of the following is advantageous:
  • Working with debt facilities, with securitized products being favourably considered
  • Working with credit and legal teams to obtain approvals for lending facilities
  • Trust management, reporting or treasury functions within finance companies
  • Fixed income markets, especially the Australian ABS bond market
  • You have the proven ability to work in a dynamic, demanding environment, with tight time deadlines with you being able to prioritize well
  • You thrive in an environment of varied work rather than repetitive tasks
  • Self-starter with a high level of motivation and a hunger to learn
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the skill to liaise at all levels
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
