Short Description:

• Lead the scrum team to deliver data ingestion use cases identified by internal consumers

• Drive the discussion with stakeholders to prioritize user stories, resolve blockers

• Stakeholder management

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 10 plus years of experience in data disciplines with experience on any of the following areas:

• Leading scrum teams as scrum master and performing agile ceremonies

• Delivering data ingestion solutions using agile methodology

• Sprint planning and release planning

• Impact analysis around source and target ingestion

• Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills

• Good communication, articulation and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups within the client organization

• Provide inputs in creating functional test cases, unit test plans based on data ingestion use case

• Elicit customer requirements using key tools such as stakeholder interviews, document analysis, POC, requirement workshops, use cases elaboration workshops, scenario building workshops, business and technology analysis.

• Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct user reviews and run stakeholder agreement meetings

• Conduct Impact assessment for new data ingestion use cases.

• Proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, product specialists and data architects to capture functional and non-functional requirements

• Created user stories using business requirement documents and functional requirements document
