School Partnership Manager

 

Description:

To meet the growing need for school wellbeing programs and demand for TRP curriculum, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and passionate educator to support the growth of our School Wellbeing Program.

 

You will be the key link with schools to support program implementation and delivery, predominantly within NSW and the ACT. An integral part of the role is the facilitation of a variety of workshops with teachers and school leaders (both face to face and online), to build knowledge and capacity, so that they are able to run a successful program within their school.

 

The role will have a focus on both strategic thinking and operational execution. Through this role, you will have a unique opportunity to positively impact the mental health and wellbeing of thousands of students, parents/carers and whole school communities.

 

What will you be doing?

  • Presentations & Workshops - Deliver and facilitate workshops in person and remotely that focus on building capacity and supporting teachers delivery of the program
  • Relationship Management - Build strong relationships and provide ongoing support to key contacts at Partnership Schools to enable best-practice program implementation
  • Program operations - Manage the onboarding of new schools and the retention process for existing schools from year to year
  • Program administration - Maintain a detailed profile and overview of the progress and experience of your school allocation

What skills/experience are we looking for?

 

  • At least 3 years of teaching experience, preferably in NSW and a secondary school setting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop capacity in the teachers responsible for program implementation
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver to a range of audiences, particularly other teachers and educators
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with a range of people
  • Well-developed strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to use initiative and work autonomously as well as work productively as part of a team
  • Strong understanding of the Australian and NSW curriculum frameworks
  • School leadership experience is preferred, but not essential
