Description:
As a scaffolding supervisor, you will play a key role in coordinating and developing site teams. As a supervisor you will have good leadership and communication skills and be able to monitor daily progress and implement strategies to ensure productivity, safety and quality targets are met across all sites.
The Main Responsibilities Of This Role Include
- Problem solve technical issues for Leading Hands
- Develop team members in the areas of compliance, quality, safety, productivity, and leadership.
- Conduct site inspections and measures.
- Conduct and report on 1 on 1 meetings with staff in relation to their performance and training requirements.
- Schedule labour teams based on project deadlines and company requirements.
- Develop relevant content and deliver toolbox meetings and staff training sessions.
- Complete Scope of Work documents for the purposes of quoting, drafting and installation
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in the construction industry
- Advanced Scaffolding Ticket preferred but not necessary.
- Highly organised and ability to co-ordinate and monitor multiple teams to complete work in accordance with project specifications and Australian standards across multiple sites.
- Good leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members and identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Good Communication skills and ability to multitask and problem solve issues in a timely manner.
