Requirement: SAP SUCCESS FACTOR
Experience: 5-8+ years
Candidate Requirement
- Application and process specific solution consulting for SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, creation of unit test cases, test scheduling and execution, support)
- Knowledge of HR across multiple processes (e.g. Hire to Retire)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SuccessFactors consulting, support experience for at least 3 modules of Employee Central, PMGM, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Compensation Management & People Analytics
- A minimum of one SAP SuccessFactors project implementations
- SAP SuccessFactors Associate certification at least two or more modules of Employee Central, PMGM, Onboarding, Recruitment Marketing, Recruitment Management, Compensation Management & People Analytics
- Use Enterprise integration/application tools to design, develop, troubleshoot, debug and deploy integrations/applications for customers
- Troubleshooting complex integration issues
- Has deep understanding of the SuccessFactors products to aid in workshops and solutions.
- Good knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors standard integrations and support skills using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
- Understanding of Data replication between SF and SAP on prem is desired
- Excellent analytical skills required.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral skill with the ability to communicate to both business and technical communities.
