ALS Environmental in Smithfield requires an Organic Prep Supervisor due to the position becoming vacant shortly. You will be supervising the growing team in the organics prep section and assist in the day-to-day smooth running of the section.

Responsibilities include.
 

• Supervision of staff in your section including roster selection and performance management review
• Ensuring production targets are met in a timely fashion.
• Maintain supply of consumables to ensure the smooth running of the section.
• Ensuring high quality services to clients are maintained.
• Ensuring the section complies with health and safety requirements.
• Troubleshooting and problem solving with any aspects of the section
