Working B2B and B2C, your enthusiasm and strong negotiation skills coupled with business development experience, you will be responsible for cultivating and delivering new sales opportunities.

Your experience dealing with people face to face will extend to participation with opportunity to grow into team leadership.

You are prepared to travel with us time to time for brand activations at key events around Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Cultivate and drive sales by establishing a dealer network.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and leads within the eyewear and lifestyle target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies targeted towards dealers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and preferences.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Assist the activation team to identify key events and manage logistics for event activations around Australia.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the eyewear, fashion or apparel industry.
  • Passion for eyewear fashion, trends and lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment driven to achieving results.
  • Self driven, goal-oriented, and a proactive problem solver. The cup is always half full.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
