About the Role
As an integral member of the GF IT team, the Salesforce Developer will provide technical expertise for Code and Config in line with business requirements.
This role is responsible for the day to day support and implementation, peer review and documentation of the SF solutions to the projects on the CRM Roadmap. Also, it will support solutioning, effort estimation, basic configuration, user testing to help ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions across the Goodman Fielder and WSA CRM platform.
Responsibilities
 

• Support the implementation of the CRM Strategy and Roadmap
• Coding / configuration of Salesforce.com
• Working closely with internal onshore and offshore teams, and GF third party development partner to design and deliver appropriate business solutions for complex development and simple configuration and/or changes to salesforce.com
• Working collaboratively to translate business requirements into solutions that are aligned to the CRM Strategy and Roadmap
• Unit testing and quality assurance on all changes to Salesforce.com
• Clear and practical training and documentation of solutions
• Proactively call out dependencies and actively contribute to delivery of the roadmap
• Assist in the development and deployment of system integration with other GF systems including, but not limited to; SAP, Mobile and Web applications.
• Maintain up to date knowledge of project methodologies
• Assist in the development of Salesforce.com lifecycle processes, templates and Gating standards

About You
 

• Minimum 4 years' experience in SalesForce
• Proven development and config background in Salesforce: Classic and Lightning
• Proven experience in working closely with other IT systems- ERP, Middleware - SAP experience preferable
• Proven experience in Lightning components/Aura is essential
• SOAP/API experience
• CI/Cd experience using git based tools
• Proven experience implementing end to end Business Project on one or more SF clouds and production support experience as well.
• Ability to achieve successful outcomes through collaborative and co-operative means.
• Working knowledge in both Waterfall model and Agile (Scrum)Methodologies
