The CRM Analyst is responsible for being a key driver behind the Mortgage LOBs continued growth and success. This includes contributing to the delivery of innovation through analysing emerging capabilities and aligning them to business objectives or organisational needs.

The outcome achieved will lead to executing Home Ownership marketing and service activity to targeted third party networks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying key insights, and mapping out business strategy, improvement to business processes then implementing solution/change accordingly.
  • Develop, document and analyse requirements around business challenges and opportunities with a range of stakeholders across the Group then produce data-driven solutions in support of key business OKRs/goals.
  • Regularly audit data and reporting to uncover data integrity issues and/or improvement opportunities within Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud environments.
  • Identify and develop super user knowledge and capabilities across the business.

What do I need? 

  • 5+ years combined experience in Salesforce (required) and other CRM platforms (desirable)
  • Agile product delivery
  • Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills - experience with API, HTML code, Sandbox environment, tableau, implementation of pre-prod design, testing, data analysis, and further optimisation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders at senior levels
  • Well developed business knowledge and commercial acumen
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to think and act at the granular and strategic level
  • End-customer and outcomes focused
  • Extensive understanding of the home loan customer process – preferred
  • Home Ownership and best practice industry knowledge – preferred
  • Demonstrable experience formulating and implementing strategy
  • Tertiary qualifications in business related discipline
