The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic Commercial Excellence team in the Sydney office. Reporting to the Commercial Excellence Manager ANZ you will possess exceptional organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities, and perform well under pressure.
You, as the successful candidate, will also get the opportunity to work with our Account Managers, fostering good relationships and bringing your fabulous out-of-the-box thinking to the team. Your will be the ANZ go-to person when it comes to order processing, and ensuring that are orders processed on time and correctly.
You will be:
Primarily processing sales orders and working to ensure timely delivery and installation in line with internal SLA's.
Performing a variety of activities in support of the sales team
Performing ad-hoc tasks, reporting and additional responsibilities, assigned as required.
Liaising with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition of sales orders to Customer Support.
You, as the successful candidate, will have:
Plenty of experience and command using Salesforce – desirable.
2-3 years’ experience in Sale Support roles
An abundance of experience in administrative roles - assisting with report generation on a regular basis – desirable.
The ability to be very detail orientated and organized.
A highly personable personality and be able to communicate well with others, fostering good relationships.
