The Challenge

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Specialist to focus on the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Journey Management. The role blends the daily activities associated with corporate strategic selling in named accounts, as well as driving new business in existing client organisations and those where Adobe has little or no footprint. In addition, you can expect to be working very closely with the respective Marketing, Consulting and presales teams supporting your vertical to develop new value propositions, build awareness and reveal new sales opportunities.

Key responsibilities include development of relationships with the Adobe AEs and their management structure to drive Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Management (CJM) business. This role requires solution selling capabilities, value-prop selling methodologies, strong business and selling instincts, and direct, in-person consultation with customers.

Our most successful Product Sales Specialists take a consultative approach and are looked upon by our customers as subject matter authorities and trusted advisors. What You'll Do

  • The Experience Data Sales Specialist will both lead and assist in the development of opportunities on a portfolio of accounts
  • As a subject matter expert help customers achieve their corporate objectives by harnessing the power of the Adobe Experience Platform.
  • Develop a sales plan to prioritise and give focus to your activities
  • Creates and maintains a monthly product forecast
  • Assists with the development of presentations that simplify complex concepts
  • Reviews market to determine customer needs and reports back changing market conditions to the team
  • Partners with marketing organisation to develop awareness programs to build and progress pipel
  • Develops and maintains senior-level relationships within target accounts

What You Need To Succeed

  • Validated track record positioning Digital Marketing Software such as CJM, DXP, CDP, Analytics.
  • Experience achieving a sales quota of at least $1.5M
  • Experience in acquiring key customers & customer oriented profile
  • Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CIO, CTO, CMO)
  • Strategic understanding of Multichannel and Digital Marketing
  • Complex selling and challenger sales capability
  • Creativity, integrity and ability to lead through complex digital transformations discussions
  • IT backend knowledge
  • Exceptional organisational, presentation, and communication skills
