Our client based within the central Gold Coast region, is forging ahead within their sector, with a solid product range and good reputation in the market. An opportunity has become available for an experienced Sales Representative to join the company in a full time salaried role with a competitive commission structure on offer. The product range is technical of nature, so experience in dealing with builders, architects, designers or engineers would be highly regarded for the role.

Your role will be responsible for building relationships and seeking further opportunities with current clients as well as developing new business opportunities in the market from prospecting. We are looking for a skilled Sales Representative that has confidence in their approach, enjoys the hunt and is strategic in securing new clients and building their business.

The Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Criteria

• Demonstrated experience as a sales representative / BDM / account manager
• Experience within technical sales – engineering, mechanical, lifts or similar would be highly regarded but not essential
• A self-starter with a strategic approach to researching, generating leads, cold-calling, asking for referrals and following sales processes
• The demonstrated ability in past employment to meet/exceed KPI's, grow sales and your client base
• Excellent client service, account management, communication and negotiation skills
• Good administrative skills to create quotes/invoices and experience with MS Word, Excel, email and CRM software
