With a clinical pipeline that is expanding significantly in Australia; both regarding Technologies and Indications; our client is moving away from a product focus to a therapy area patient focus. By using this model, they seek to disrupt the healthcare industry.

You will be an active listener and be a true partner to the relevant Healthcare Professionals within your network. You will be an ambassador, a beacon of support; to ensure those Healthcare professionals are educated and empowered to provide the best possible treatment outcomes for their patients.

You will thrive on developing strong relationships internally and externally with KOLs, advisory panels and industry stakeholders to better understand clinical needs and access market and positioning, in order to develop strategies to compete effectively. You will be a highly experienced Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales representative who is eager to unlearn the usual function & capabilities of an HSR and be empowered to make your own decisions. You are motivated to develop a true partnership with your customers, in turn, enabling them to provide the best possible outcomes for their patients.

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Proven sales successes within Australia's Specialty Pharmaceutical industry
  • Superior understanding of patient journeys within the speciality sector
  • Experience launching Specialty products into the Australian market
  • Proven ability & tenacity to assist customers to overcome roadblocks encountered by their patients
  • Proven ability to flourish within an unstructured & agile environment
  • Ability to develop & drive new growth opportunities through innovative business planning
  • Customer-centric mindset, with a business partnering approach
  • Passion & capability for having clinical discussions with HCPs
  • Proven ability to collaborate in order to achieve exceptional patient outcomes
  • Proven ability to self-start
  • Passion to add value
  • Science tertiary qualifications, ideally Bachelor of Science or Nursing
