You don’t have a lot of sales experience? That’s ok! We will train you. Just bring your passion, energy, and appetite to learn. We’ll educate you on LoadSpring’s global, dynamic, and fast-growing Cloud Hosting Project Management/Controls Platform and how you can successfully land deals with companies like  LendLease, Benchmark, Mace, Balfour Beatty, and Atkins!

 

The experience you’ll need as a Sales Representative:

  • Educated - Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Experienced - 1-3 years’ experience in sales, cloud/IT, construction, civil or mechanical engineering.
  • Sales Mentality – A desire and hunger to hunt new customers and new opportunities.
  • Visionary - You think outside-of-the-box and entice people with your innovative perspectives and quality of work.
  • Results-oriented - You enjoy the process, but you are all about the results!

 

Bonus points if you have experience in any of the following:

  • Cold calling sales ability, with a positive and persistent style.
  • Ability to qualify a lead and the buyers journey.
  • Experience in managing and tracking customer and transactional information in a CRM system.
  • Tenacious and results driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work solo, as well as being a productive team member.

 

More about the LoadSpring Sales Representative position:

We’ll set you up for success by coaching you to develop a sales strategy to understand and build your own book of business to reach your sales goals. You will become an expert on identifying and building relationships with prospective customers to drive them from solution concepts to realized results. Engaging with LoadSpring’s development and leadership teams as a voice of the customer will allow you to leverage all LoadSpring’s resources to help drive customer success. We will assign you a mentor to assist you in account planning and building strategies to drive new logo sales and cross & up-selling pursuits. prospects. As a member of LoadSpring’s sales team, you will generate a pipeline through cold calling, networking, and responding to inbound activity and participate in marketing events including conferences, social networking, and webinars. You will thrive in a high-performance, complex sales environment by building trust as a reliable team member and advisor to customers and prospects.
