The Gig

We are looking for a Practice Solutions Consultant to join our phone-based Sales team whose mission is to help our customers secure new patients and effortlessly manage their health appointments.

Reporting into the Sales Operations Manager, the purpose of this job is to sell subscription based products and services to the health industry, including Doctors, Dentists, and Allied Health Professionals while improving awareness through education around available digital tools that are available to help patients and practitioners better engage, and ultimately achieve better health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with health care business owners to understand their requirements, and generate opportunities to bring them on as subscribers;
  • Achieve KPIs including targeted calls daily, and new business volume;
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to influence repeat business;
  • Maintain quality data in our CRM for timely, accurate reporting, and
  • Participate and contribute to personal and team growth.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong sales skills and a track record of customer acquisition success preferably in a phone/inside sales role
  • Confidence in performing outbound sales calls daily
  • A keen interest and ability in using sales tools and technology to improve performance
  • Ability to thrive in (and love!) our fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Experience in B2B or B2SMB sales important; online marketplaces a bonus
