The Opportunity

Working as part of a growing Sales Operations Team within Stockland Communities, the Sales Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for owning and improving customer impacting processes within our Communities business. This is a role with plenty of variety and project-based work where no two days will be the same. Working closely with multiple stakeholders you will be responsible for optimising and embedding our sales processes to further drive business improvement and create a performance driven culture.
Your tasks will include:

  • Maintain and deliver against sales activity calendar to align national and BU key strategic and operational deliverables.
  • Collaborate to position sales activities, systems and processes to maximize enquiry conversion, minimize cancellations and improve sales capability and effectiveness.
  • Support sales management with the delivery of effective sales management plans to achieve BU sales objectives.
  • Leverage sales analytics to influence and optimize sales processes and performance.
  • Optimise and embed effective sales processes and reporting aligned to achieve BU objectives, simplify operational processes and enhance the customer buying experience.
  • Support the development and delivery of sales training programs.

About You

We are looking for a strong communicator with an analytical mindset that can think on their feet. Some Lean Six Sigma or process excellence exposure would be ideal, as is solid understanding of process improvement and root cause analysis. We are open to all backgrounds and industries, but previous sales experience will be highly regarded.

  • Relevant qualifications relating to process improvement (BPM or equivalent qualifications)
  • Strong Experience in implementing process improvements for large high performing teams
  • Experience in strategic and project planning, management and implementation
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large data sets and able to leverage information to produce comprehensive business insights
  • Salesforce experience
  • Good analytical and strategic thinker to identify solutions to complex problems
