The Opportunity
Working as part of a growing Sales Operations Team within Stockland Communities, the Sales Process Improvement Analyst is responsible for owning and improving customer impacting processes within our Communities business. This is a role with plenty of variety and project-based work where no two days will be the same. Working closely with multiple stakeholders you will be responsible for optimising and embedding our sales processes to further drive business improvement and create a performance driven culture.

About You
We are looking for a strong communicator with an analytical mindset that can think on their feet. Some Lean Six Sigma or process excellence exposure would be ideal, as is solid understanding of process improvement and root cause analysis. We are open to all backgrounds and industries, but previous sales experience will be highly regarded.
