Responsibilities:
- Sales Excellence: Execute the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth understanding of our House and Land packages, builders, and the unique advantages they offer.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalised guidance and support throughout the sales journey.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to refine your sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the ATA team to coordinate marketing efforts, promotional activities, and lead generation initiatives.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and results. Provide regular reports to the management team. (your leads will be yours)
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in real estate sales, with a focus on residential properties.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- A deep understanding of the real estate market in Queensland, Northern New South Wales, and Victoria is a plus.
- A valid real estate license or relevant certifications.
