Description:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Grocery team in the Confectionery Business Unit.
You will be a critical part of the team where you will manage our connections between our Customer, Supply Chain and Category Teams to provide decision support for the Commercial Planning Manager.

A day in the life of...

Reporting to the Commercial Planning Manager, you will be responsible for leading the monthly planning process for the Grocery channel.
Some of your day to day will involve:

  • Providing regular reporting/forecast and analysis to ensure we are on meeting targets and achievements
  • Identifying opportunities and recommendations through the Strategic Revenue Management process leading to customer specific promotional analysis to support strategic pricing decisions
  • Participate in the Go to Market Execution process for all NPD and Channel activations
  • Monitor promotional plans to ensure adherence to Pricing Strategy
