Description:
You will be responsible for driving Sales Operational efficiency, discipline and compliance through day to day analysis, as well as providing sales support to the sales teams in ANZ with support to other APJ regions when required. This is a contract role for min 12 months.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work with sales team to drive forecasting and pipeline management.
- Strong collaboration with Sales teams to ensure sales discipline in CRM/CPQ and compliance.
- Work with the sales teams to get the orders into order management in a timely manner
- Support Sales teams and work with functional groups to resolve issues in orders, process, tools, compensation and other transactional sales related issues.
- Support Finance and Sales Operations in resolving problems pertaining to sales orders and customer issues.
- With direction from the regional leaders work with regional partners and distributors to help them with onboarding
- Acknowledge/provide feedback to internal & external customers on order status Support in training sales teams on Nutanix systems and business processes
- Respond to Ad hoc requests regarding reports, processes, adhoc requests etc.
- Design and implement new business processes relating the sales organization
- Help manage and administer different systems used by the sales team
- Design and build reports for reps and managers
Required Skills/Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in Sales Operations preferred
- Strong competency in Sales Process, Tools (Salesforce, Clari) and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise with Sales Reps and Managers
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong customer service focus, written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the organization and attention to detail and accuracy.
- Start-up mentality – ability to adapt quickly to changing environments
- Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations, and creative problem solving in a real-time, fast-paced sales environment
- Some proficiency in software selling environments will be advantages; familiar with infrastructure software, how it is sold, how it is fulfilled through the Channel, and how Distributors provide services to Resellers, VARs, and OEM partner
- Ability to work effectively in cooperation with a team
- Need to be available during month end and fiscal quarter-end for sales and system support
