About The Role
- Plan, organize, coordinate and control all sales & marketing activities for the Gourmet division, in order to meet short and medium-term commercial targets (volumes, margin, cash, forecasting, and strategic projects).
- Manage national distributors and leading Key Accounts
- Drive key growth initiatives such as distribution expansion, portfolio expansion, and innovation launches, customers’ customized recipe development, customer’s events…
- Collaborate with the multifunctional team: product development, chef, marketing local, regional and global,
Key Responsibilities Include
- Translate the Gourmet APAC regional Sales strategy into local strategy and plans, and drive the implementation in the area of responsibility.
- Identify and develop collaboration with main end-users and Key Accounts in order to expand business in priority segments
- Develop strong partnership and sales development with distributors and leading key accounts in order to maximize sales and profitability of the business
- Define and drive marketing activities such as exhibitions, demonstrations, promotions together with the chefs and the marketing team in order to support and develop sales achievement
- Deal with internal departments: CS, OSCO, PD, Supply chain, and finance, HR in order to ensure customer satisfaction, product development, and team development
- Prepare presentations to share information with any department (quarterly commercial gourmet meeting, OPS, etc.)
- Internal stakeholders:
- VP Gourmet: Strategy alignment, annual planning, and monthly reporting, and ad hoc project tracking
- ANZ MD: Coordinate strategy and plan implementation in alignment with local practices
- Customer service: follow up any request from customers
- Pricing: obtain quotes and align on margin targets; Update customers on pricing trend
- Finance: Monitor results (volumes, revenues, margin, costs), implement pricelist, establish business cases, control trade terms expenditures
- Innovation: Define projects priorities and ensure product development briefing with the PD team
- Technical advisor-chef: Collaborate to develop relevant solutions for customers; co-creation sessions, recipe development, or optimization
- Supply chain: Provide rolling forecasts to ensure appropriate stock
