They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join them on a permanent full-time basis.

THE ROLE
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and sustained management of assigned customer facing programs, projects and products to ensure commercial outcomes for the benefit of the business. Leading the Sales team, this role is responsible for providing support and service to customers across Victoria and Tasmania. This role is critical in ensuring a consistent level of service to their customers and will utilise agreed strategies to ensure all correspondence, both written and verbal, is in line with company values. Duties include:

• Develop pricing strategies, balancing company objectives and customer satisfaction;
• Sell products and build volumes across existing and new business opportunities to drive a growth outcome;
• Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services, working with advertising and promotion managers;
• Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products and services;
• Prepare and update budgets and forecasts, regularly reporting on performance against target and providing variance analyses; and
• Develop processes and strategy to create new opportunities and products to improve margins.
