Description:

We're seeking a Sales Leader and hunter with a consultative sales approach to join our sales team as we continue to grow and expand our federal government clients. In this role, you'll have the unique opportunity to develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue across our federal government accounts.

As a Sales Lead, you'll be vital in partnering with our clients throughout their digital transformation journey, positioning yourself and NCS as a trusted advisor. You'll build and foster relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic growth opportunities, craft compelling sales proposals and tender responses, and help the broader team exceed targets. With your passion and expertise, you'll help our clients achieve extraordinary outcomes.

Qualifications
 

  • A strong background in business development within Federal Government
  • Previous experience in a similar role leading and buildinga portfolio ofclients for a tech consultancy, systems integrator or professional services firm
  • A proven track record in originating and closing large multi-million dollar deals
  • An expert in consultative and solution sales
  • A strong background in sales with a strongnetwork of C levelgovernment and large enterprise contacts
  • Extensive experience sellingsolutions and services in cloud, digital transformation, application modernisation, data and AI
  • A strong leader that can mentor, guide and motivate
  • The ability to drive complex bids, RFP and RFQ’s
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport across various levels
  • The ability to build relationships within a complex enterprise and government clients
  • A passionate self-starter with a collaborative attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills driven by sales success
  • A consultative approach with the ability to have value-led conversations
